Dr. Jacqueline Coke-Lloyd
Dr. Jacqueline Coke-Lloyd DTL, JP. is presently the Principal Director of Make Your Mark Group (MYMG).
MYMG is a partnership that provides business, youth development, and logistic services for organizations and individuals.
She has over 35 years of expertise in General Management, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Relations.

Dr. Coke-Lloyd is the former CEO of Jamaica Employers’ Federation (JEF) where she served for ten (10) years.
Mrs. Coke-Lloyd is also a graduate of the University of Technology Jamaica and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Office (ILO), Turin Italy.
Dr Lloyd was recently awarded her Doctorate in Transformational Leadership.
Her interests extend to entrepreneurship, mentoring and community service.
During Mrs. Lloyd’s service to the community she has been noted for forming several associations including but not limited to the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Jamaica: Jamaica Business Council on HIV/AIDS and the Jamaica Youth Employment Network.
Another noteworthy achievement being her invaluable input to the libraries of Jamaica and the Region, spearheading several publications: “How to Become an Employer of Choice (2004)”, “The Performance Manager (2007)”, “ Ready for Work and Business (2007)”, Employers’ Handbook (2001)”, “Corporate Social Responsibility in Jamaica (2008)” and “Decade of Arbitration”.
Mrs. Lloyd has a steadfast dedication to Jamaica’s advancement and has contributed to National Development by establishing several projects of significance:
- The Employer of Choice Awards
- Employers Month
- Jamaica Business Council on HIV/AIDS
- The Make Your Mark Summer
Camp - CEO Breakfast and INN Chambers Series
- Middle Managers Conference
- She is also responsible for introducing and launching the “Employers’ Care Programme” that serves to foster
inner city renewal.

Mrs. Lloyd has served on several boards, locally including:
- National Housing Trust (NHT)
- Jamaica Productivity Centre (JPC)
- The Women’s Leadership Initiative
- Young Entrepreneurs Association of Jamaica (YEA)
- University of Technology Council (UTECH)
Internationally, the likes of the International Labour Organization (ILO) - Geneva Switzerland and Caribbean Employers Confederation (CEC), to name a few.
She has also served on many committees including:
- Technical Advisory Committee on Labour Matters (CEATAL) of the Organization of American States
- USAID Education Strategy Committee
- UNDP HIV/AIDS

- OSH Network
- The United States International Council on Women’s Business Leadership (ICWBL).
Mrs. Lloyd is a current board member of:

She holds the position of Charter President of the Optimist Club of Barbican Pines and is also a member of the Women’s Leadership Initiative(WLI).
She serves on the Sagicor Human Resource &
Compensation Committee, Sagicor Audit Committee and Sagicor Corporate Governance.
She is a member of PSOJ and Member of Human Resource Management of Jamaica (HRMAJ).
Mrs. Lloyd is married to Major Evon Lloyd and has three (3) adult children; Evon, Jason and Abigail.

Major Evon Lloyd Sr. is currently serving in the capacity of President and Chief Executive Officer at Process Technology & Solutions Limited (PTSL), a company he started in 2005.

Major Evon Lloyd Sr. has over thirty (30) years experience in marketing, scientific research, brand management and the promotion of products and services.
Major Evon Lloyd Sr. currently serves serve in the capacity of President and Chief Executive Officer at Process Technology & Solutions Limited (PTSL), a company he started in 2005.
During his stay at GraceKennedy, Mr Lloyd Sr was credited for establishing Grace Kennedy’s Wine & Spirits portfolio chiefly among the hospitality industry.
Major Lloyd also successfully launched and established a number of products under the “Appleton” brand during his tenure at Wray & Nephew Ja Ltd.
During his civilian exploits, Major Lloyd had the distinction of excelling in a parallel career in the Jamaica Military (National Reserves).
He rose to the rank of Major and was appointed second in command for the Reserve Battalion.
Major Evon Lloyd is husband to Dr Jacqueline Coke-Lloyd. The union has produced three (3) children; Evon Jr, Jason and Abigail (now adults).
