MYMG is a partnership that provides business, youth development, and logistic services for organizations and individuals.

She has over 35 years of expertise in General Management, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Relations.

Dr. Coke-Lloyd is the former CEO of Jamaica Employers’ Federation (JEF) where she served for ten (10) years. 

Mrs. Coke-Lloyd is also a graduate of the University of Technology Jamaica and the International Training Centre of the International Labour Office (ILO), Turin Italy. 

Dr. Jacqueline Coke-Lloyd believes that leadership and transformation underpin business, professional development, and growth. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Make Your Mark Group, delivering world-class organizational, leadership, and people development services. Her work clearly reflects her steadfast commitment to change and development not just locally, but also regionally and globally. She is the driving force behind the annual Middle Managers' and Business & Personal Etiquette Conferences. She has also spearheaded numerous initiatives including the Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA) and many publications for organizational improvement. Dr. Coke-Lloyd's extensive track record is underscored by her tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of the Jamaica Employers' Federation (JEF) where she led and negotiated numerous conventions, partnerships and legislation locally, regionally and globally. Internationally, Dr. Coke-Lloyd has represented Jamaica with distinction, gracing platforms like the United Nations (UN) on multiple occasions, as well as the Economic and Social Council of the OAS and the IDB Business Forum. On these occasions, she tackled challenges of human resource development, migration and development, the role of entrepreneurship in job creation, partnerships for capacity building ,best practice sharing and, the pivotal role of enterprise development in promoting decent work. These bore witness to her insights on business and social divides, further solidifying her reputation as a formidable visionary, negotiator and international figure. Dr. Coke-Lloyd's journey has been punctuated by groundbreaking milestones including being the first female elected to represent the Caribbean on the Governing Body of the ILO. She became the first female and Jamaican to serve on the Business Technical Advisory Committee on Labor Matters (CEATAL) of the Organization of American States (OAS).

In addition, she has served on local boards such as the University of Technology Jamaica, Young Entrepreneurs Association (YEA), National Housing Trust (NHT) NCTVET and JEF. Internationally she was elected to serve on the Boards of Caribbean Employers' Confederation (CEC) and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Dr Coke-Lloyd currently sits on the boards of Sagicor Group Jamaica, Sagicor Life Jamaica, EBD Ltd, YEA, Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica, Process Technology and Solutions Ltd, Grateful Faces Charity and Transformed Life Church. She is also a member of the PSOJ Human Capital Development Committee. She is an author,Certified Behavioural Coach, Mediator and Justice of the Peace Dr. Jacqueline Coke-Lloyd's journey is an inspiring testament to the indomitable spirit of leadership, dedication, and empowerment for economic social, business and people development.

Mrs. Lloyd has served on several boards, locally including:

  • Jamaica Productivity Centre (JPC)
  • The Women’s Leadership Initiative
  • Young Entrepreneurs Association of Jamaica (YEA)

Internationally, the likes of the International Labour Organization (ILO) - Geneva Switzerland and Caribbean Employers Confederation (CEC), to name a few. 

She has also served on many committees including:

She is a member of PSOJ and Member of Human Resource Management of Jamaica (HRMAJ).

Mrs. Lloyd is married to Major Evon Lloyd and has three (3) adult children; Evon, Jason and Abigail.

Major Evon Lloyd Sr. has over thirty (30) years experience in marketing, scientific research, brand management and the promotion of products and services. 

Major Evon Lloyd Sr. currently serves serve in the capacity of President and Chief Executive Officer at  Process Technology & Solutions Limited (PTSL), a company he started in 2005.

During his stay at GraceKennedy, Mr Lloyd Sr was credited for establishing Grace Kennedy’s Wine & Spirits portfolio chiefly among the hospitality industry.

Major Lloyd also successfully launched and established a number of products under the “Appleton” brand during his tenure at Wray & Nephew Ja Ltd.

During his civilian exploits, Major Lloyd had the distinction of excelling in a parallel career in the Jamaica Military (National Reserves).

He rose to the rank of Major and was appointed second in command for the Reserve Battalion.

Major Evon Lloyd is husband  to Dr Jacqueline Coke-Lloyd. The union has produced three (3) children; Evon Jr, Jason and Abigail (now adults).
